"When I first came to Nick and told him I wanted to buy a house, he kept it real with me. He let me know he was proud of my decision but better yet, he wanted to make sure I was ready for such a big step in my life. At first I was a little uneasy, cause I thought well man, if a realtors telling me to take my time, what am I getting myself into. I then continued the process with Nick, who showed me a VARIETY of locations I qualified for and met the locations I was looking for. Nick, looking out for me, through in a nice, new construction home for me to view as well. I was a little thrown off, but I knew Nick had a an idea that fit perfectly for me. The house, that was thrown in just to view/tour, turned out to be the one. And now I can finally say I became a home owner at 21, thanks to the help of Nick Price."
